Today is the two year anniversary of Anna's birth and death. My little baby girl passed away peacefully in my arms on Feb.24th. She was tiny and didn't live long. I miss her.
The past 2 years have been good to us. But I will always think of her, especially around this time of year. In those quite moments before I fall asleep, I think about the whole experience and re-live the emotions. You are missed....little one.

A boy and his DOG

I honestly don't know when they fell in love....but one day Max pulled his stuffed dog out of the toy box and suddenly they were inseperable. Max named his dog, "Water". The rest is history. They go everywhere together. Water (the dog) has been to primary, the grocery store, the park, and is stuffed in Max's jacket when he is riding his bike. He even takes baths, not with Max, but in the washing machine. Max occasionally will ask me to "watch" Water if he is busy with another toy. He will say,
"Mom, here's Water....can you watch her?" then will follow a list of instructions, " She loves it when you pet her under her ears, and Mom ....she loves it when you make her laugh."

Happy Late Valentines Day

I am just barely getting around to posting my Valentine's Day pictures. I am always behind.... :) We had a great Valentine's Day! Since our 6 year anniversary is coming up March 1st, we didn't do anything too crazy to celebrate Valentines. We rented a DVD and put the kids to bed and relaxed.

Mesquite and Motorcycles

Max's very best friend in the whole world, Nate, had his first motorcycle race in Mesquite last weekend. He was the youngest in the race, at 3 years old, and he looked adorable in his racing outfit and helmet. Max was SO excited to go watch the race and during the drive to Mesquite he kept asking if he could race too. When we got to there he quickly changed his mind after seeing the big hills and jumps. Max's other best buddies, Hannah and Chloe, were there too. They all had so much fun together, even if it was freezing outside!
